What are your shipping times?
We are based in Korea. All shipping is initiated within 24 hours of the print completing. Domestic shipping typically takes within 3 business days. For international orders, standard global rates and shipping times apply.
Do you offer multi-color printing?
At this time, we do not offer multi-colored prints (multiple colors on one object). However, we offer a wide variety of filament colors for your mono-color print. You can select your preferred base color when ordering.
Do you remove the supports from prints?
Yes. All Resin miniatures are washed, cured, and have supports removed. We do our best to sand down contact points, though some minor cleanup may be required before painting. For FDM/PLA prints, we remove structural supports but brim/raft removal may leave minor edges.
What if my print arrives broken?
If a print arrives damaged from shipping, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will reprint and ship a replacement free of charge.
